Identify this car

Found this surfing.  I dont’ know, but the wheels and tail light might give good clues.

Solid disk wheels.  Lots of vehicles had them, I guess, but they remind me of a hay wagon my grandpa had made from the frame of an Oldsmobile.  Except if I had to say, I think it had 8 lugs, not just 5.  Dust-bowl "Okies", maybe?  (I'm an Okie myself, so I hope no one will be offended by my using that term.)
