Figure the total height of the tire (In this case, 8.20 x 2 + 15 = 31.4").  Half of that (15.7") would be the height from the axle center.  Then measure your car.  I'm unsure how to get the width on bias plies, but that is generally associated with the rim width.  Tire width seems to be the more common fitment issue.
