Bought my next project today and pick it up on Tuesday.  a 1933 Pontiac 4 door sedan.  Straight 8 3 speed on the floor.  It needs some major parts so if anyone knows of any for sale I'd appreciate a heads up.  Also looking for early Pontiac forums.  Won't start this until the 53 GMC is finished so I have lots of time for parts hunting.  Because of the missing major parts I got him down a bunch to $1500.  Not too bad.  Very little rust mostly in the running boards.  I hope the dozer driver than hit the front last year bears the cross of damaging it forever. lol

I need the following parts.
both seats
bumpers and bumper irons
6 wire wheels
starter
distributor
radiator cap (I know expensive), lol
Thanks I have a cheap way to get large parts up to Alaska so no problem there.

That will be an interesting project. You certainly have the skills needed as shown in the ‘55 Pontiac thread. Assuming you are keeping it stock powertrain as you’re looking for a starter and distributor. One new skill you will need is woodwork as those old GMs are full of wood. Good luck with the project when you start!

1953 GMC? Pictures?

Thanks for posting that video. You’ve done a lot but still have a ways to go.
As you mention, it will give you time to gather parts for the ‘33 Pontiac.
