1949 Dodge 1 ton

Discovered back in August that I need to put the truck through a safety inspection so it was put on the back burner for a while. Had the truck towed to my shop ( I teach tech Ed) and have been getting my students to help me year it down to start restoring it.

I remember when my 48 1 ton was in a similar state, it's gotten a little further. I do like those rear view mirrors, very interesting I've never seen those before.

The mirror arm is for the 48-50 models.  The later models used the tube in tube style of arm.
