Reg Evans Posted September 14, 2007 Report Posted September 14, 2007 This truck on eBay appears to have larger than standard wheels. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1&viewitem=&item=330165656254 Quote
Guest P15-D24 Posted September 15, 2007 Report Posted September 15, 2007 18" wheels are listed in the Sales Brochures for C models and the parts book. If they are 18s I have never seen a set in the flesh and actually makes the price on the truck pretty interesting. It's like the 20" wheels on the D models, everyone told me they never existed but I can confirm they are real. Quote
Reg Evans Posted September 15, 2007 Author Report Posted September 15, 2007 GTK, I wish it was closer. I'd buy the thing just to get those wheels. Quote
Dennis_MN Posted September 15, 2007 Report Posted September 15, 2007 It also show the rare low sides box Dennis Quote
49roadster Posted September 15, 2007 Report Posted September 15, 2007 You could order 18" wheels on the 1949 Plymouth Suburban. I have never seen one with them either. Quote
MBF Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 My 36 plymouth had what they referred to as HIGH CLEARANCE rims that were larger than the standard 16". I wonder if these are the truck version of those? Mike:confused: Quote
Reg Evans Posted September 17, 2007 Author Report Posted September 17, 2007 I guess this 34 Ford takes the prize ! Quote
