Conn47D24 Posted March 27, 2019 Report Posted March 27, 2019 My research on these parts dead ends at my 46-48 Dodge parts book. Would the Chrysler, DeSoto, Plymouth owners please check your books for these numbers ? 1122666, and 871997 Brake and clutch pedal shafts. I picked up an assembly cheap to used some of the other parts. They all match my D24 set and I wonder about the application of these #'s Thank you for any help you can offer. Clay Quote

Conn47D24 Posted March 27, 2019 Author Report Posted March 27, 2019 Thanks. These #s are stamped on the parts. Not sure if each division of mopar stamp their own numbers on identical parts. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted March 27, 2019 Report Posted March 27, 2019 parts numbers stamped on items are often a casting number … different from the end use part number 1 Quote
sser2 Posted March 28, 2019 Report Posted March 28, 2019 What I discovered many times is that the same part may have several different numbers. One needs many parts catalogs from different model lines and years to account for all these numbers. So, if a part doesn't match a number in your book, it does not mean that this is a wrong part. Quite confusing. 2 Quote
