Brian Ross Posted December 16, 2018 Report Posted December 16, 2018 I have owned this truck for approx 8 years after hauling it back from the lower mainland of BC. The only major problem is the brakes. I have removed the front wheels and drums. The shoes are practically new and no scoring ridge on the drums. Wheel cylinders are a different story. They are all seized. What I am having difficulty with is finding wheel cylinders. The mod# listed on the door post is as noted in the heading. I can find lots that look very similiar but none have included the mod # of my truck. The truck was made in Windsor , Ontario. The cylinders that I removed are 1 3/8 diameter and are Wagner brand on the rubbers. The listings also make note of several axels, is there a location where I can find an Axel #. I have a reproduction manual but it does not appear to be much help. The engine is a flat head 6 that purrs like a kitten. Any help or comments appreciated. Newby on this forum Quote
Dave72dt Posted December 16, 2018 Report Posted December 16, 2018 Give your wheel cylinders a good scrubbing on the outside. You may find number cast or stamped into it. Those numbers if you can find them, should transfer directly to a Wagner #. Quote
