Jorojo Posted May 18, 2018 Report Posted May 18, 2018 I have a 1946 Dodge WF-32 with a flat head 6. 236.6 cid. Run this truck almost daily. Smoked a little all the time. Today I was running the truck when it started smoking, a lot, after a few seconds it died. I assume the plug fouled out. It would try to restart, fire, but would not catch. What do you think I have here? Valve guides, rings, worse, ?? Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge. Quote
Jorojo Posted May 20, 2018 Author Report Posted May 20, 2018 Solved the problem. The oil bath air filter was overfilled. Some of the oil spilled into the carb. Fouled the plugs. Cleaned it up. Runs like new again. 1 Quote
