Wiper Arm Bezel on a 1949 Plymouth

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hi - just a brief question.

I am going to replace both bezels and replace them with "new" ones. Is there an easy trick to take them off? Obviously all the rest of the wiper motor set-up I would rather prefer not to have to touch :-)
Is it just a matter of unscrewing the nut?

thanks for any advice.

thanks for your confirmation.

By the way - is there any way to delete posts? e.g. this post is neither important nor relevant to most people and the issue has been resolved. But it is still going to lurk around with no need or relevance to anyone else. shouldn't it than not being deleted?

thanks for your advice on the latter question

not anymore, you can edit them for content....and if you originated the thread, the thread title is also firmly set....assistance would be needed from a moderator.  Who knows, a hundred years from now some dude may have the same question....

I wonder if adding something political to the post would then result in its deletion?

Just kidding .   I suppose the posts slowly settle down into the archives which must in time have become massive.
