So I took my maiden voyage in my b2b drove it about half a mile around the farm which with no  brakes can feel sketchy.  The problem I'm having is I can't find reverse on the column I would much rather have a floor shift but for now this will have to do. This truck sat for 38 yrs or so  clitch wasn't froze thanks.  Any ideas

JJ, I have a B2B with three speed on the floor looking for three speed on the column. I am open to swap or purchase. Thanks

JPP,

I like those door cards, they look awesome, are they Cedar? Are they Tongue & grove closet liner, or did you flat glue and clamp them? How thick are they? I have to make me some maybe the back wall behind the seat as well. No to hijack a thread but I just had to say something.

Yes Home Depot closet liner. Need to drill out for window and door crank, cause material too thick. Use lacquer finish so touch ups are fast.

1. You.must check and secure the mount bridge at the top of the steering post. If that mount is too loose it will not hold when you attempt to lift the mechanism below.   2. Secure that bridge witn a C Clamp then do the H pattern test.and adjust where required.
