Here's a pic of a gm 525 manual box I mounted on my 41 Plymouth p11. Plymouth pitman arm fit right on . Made an adapter plate out of 3/8" steel which is bolted onto box then is bolted to frame through

Just an update on my end, I mounted the vega 140 box with a similar adapter plate as junkers, however I used the stock isolators and bolts for mounting the stock box. I had to have my pitman arm modif

I’m pretty curious about the outcome of the Saginaw 525 box compared to stock. Is the ratio different than stock? Are they easier to steer? My car is a bit of a bear for  slow and tight turning. 

 

I also have some slop in my wheel and am wondering if I should just swap to a better box than rebuild the original Gemmers unit.
