Source for bumper bolts?

A a friend is restoring a 37 dodge coupe. He's missing some of the oval shaped bumper bolts. Anyone know where you can get these?

There is no where I know of cheaper to buy them,and no vendor I know of more pleasant to deal with than these people. They will even do stuff like make new trim clips for you if they don't already make them,and you can send them an example.
