greg g Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 Well after not driving my car for about three weeks and having it parked driveway to facilitate work in the garage, I knew it was going to need a bit of priming before ti would fire. When I opened the hood, each spark pug depression in the head was filled with water. I proceeded to give a bit of gas down the barb, pulled the choke out, gave about 1/3 throttle and cranked her over. She caught and fired right away but only ran for about 10 seconds. Second application of priming gas got her going. Took it for a drive, when I got home the water had magically disappeared. I wonder what the service bulletin would say for wet start conditions? Quote
Old School Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 Thank for posting the bulletin. A good read from a long time ago. Quote
