Photobucket crashed?

I've been trying to review some pics I uploaded to Photobucket last night. All day today all of my albums are loading so slow that I'm timing out. Slideshow display will show a couple of pics then freeze. Anyone know if the service is having difficulties today?

mine just loaded up and ran a slide show just fine at 6:15 PM ESDT.

That happened to me a couple of times a few weeks ago. I just waited 20 min and it was working again. I think their computers just get bogged down now and then.

so you upload them first and that is how you guys are able to post this gigantic pictures? brilliant! (that's from the beer commercial, if you have seen it it may be a little funny, or you can just trust me it cracks me up all day long.

Try Image Shack. You can up load and transfer pretty easily. No registration, Your Image resides on their site for a year. you can resize the pics there also. You can sign up for a photo blog if you care to but you don't need to register or create an account to post. Hit the browes button, then upload, then click on the thumbnail to enlarge it. Then right click on the enlarged image and copy the url from the properties and post it to this site.

Thanks greg I will look into it, I just hate to resize them to a miniature thumbnail just to post them and looking at everyone else's great pictures. I want to do the same. dial up users may be really unhappy with them....
