I have a 1953 dodge truck short box step side truck.  The truck is in a full hot rod restoration and I am mounting the rad back into the horse shoe mounting bracket.  I have the manual someplace but have temporarily misplaced it.  Can someone send me how to properly mount the tank on the rad support and how the other metal around it mounts to the rad and the rad supports.  I am hoping not to have to get a new manual as it will show up eventually.

Thank you

It's simple...the radiator just bolts to the core support with its angle tabs that are part of the side frame of the radiator. there are (3) 3/8" fine thread bolts each side. It helps to chase the threads on the weld nuts on the core support first.

The core support is bolted from the side to the filler panels - these are either 3/8" or 5/16" bolts or a combo of both.

There are also the two bolts at the bottom that hold the core support (and the front clip) to the frame. I think these might be 7/16" bolts.

Thank you very much for the picture.   Does anyone else have pictures of the supporting brackets on top that lead to the fenders and front clip.  All the support I can get would be great.  Thank you all.

Richard the B4 will look basically the same as the picture as Davin posted, just a few different parts, but they basically go together the same way.
