Searching for topics??

How do you search for an existing thread or topic. I know there was a thread on Back to the fifties and I cannot seem to find it.  If I type in the little search box on top right it gives me everything but what I am looking for.

the event has been referenced a number of times.  I just typed in back to the fifties and selected forums, then hit the enter button.  about the 8th on e down on the list came up, last post in 2012.  is that the one?

otherwise, you can google or yahoo it or whatever your search engine is and it should come up

I think it's June 17-19 this year.

I was looking for a thread I think young ed started about this years back to the 50's.  I have never had good luck with the search thing.  I don't know if I have something set wrong or if I just don't get it.

You can use the site search feature or Google. For Google see http://p15-d24.com/topic/35331-using-google-to-search-the-site/

Google may not pick up really recent topics as it takes a while for their search bots to add new data to their search servers.
