casper50
I've searched the forum and found the thread that Greg G says sbc head bolts from Pioneer work but only find the same thread. NAPA, O'Rillies, and Auto Zone have the sbc kits but only 2 of the bolts in it are close to ours. Anyone know the part # for the sbc bolts that are close to ours? greg g
Got them through the machine shop. Pioneer Parts # 362. They were under a dollar when I got them 12 years ago. If you can't source them by brand, that should give you a number to cross reference.
48mirage
Is this them? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PIO-PG-362-25/
greg g
Yes but I was able to get only 20. Yes I know there are 21 but I used some of the threaded head type for carb linkage and ground strap.

captden29
I had to re-use the one for the carb linkage as I do not know where to get that one new. I did get the same pioneer head bolts at my local machine shop.i will be pulling the head within the next month. not sure if I will buy new head bolts. I have put the head back on mostly using the old head bolts and by getting new bolts. outcome seems to be the same. capt den
casper50
I've bought everything else new to rebuild it so didn't want to skimp on head bolts especially at $1 each.
