On Ebay a supplier named fastcashmoneyman has new 2/0  26 inch military truck battery cables set of two for 34.95 free shipping. Sounds like would good for 6 volt cars and usually military stuff is high quality.

2/0 is perfect for 6 volt systems,  If the correct ends are on  them  and the length will work, may not be a bad deal.  Lots of places can make cables to your specs if needed.  May want to check local parts houses or farm hardware supply store to see if they can make them for you.  If they can, it's a walk in, walk out and may be less money.

They have the right fittings, mine were sealed in foil lined envelopes, brand new. heavy rubber cover.Battery clamp is good, heavy type. Everything looks first class.

in my local area...we have an auto electric facality..rebuild anything..not really...when I asked for an 0 gauge cable they said I was stupid, yes stupid, to think I need a cable that heavy..so I asked what cable they stock..oh we only have premade bubble wrapped products..(can you say 12 volt stuff only) so much for the local auto electric..better off at Advance..at least there you do not expect reliable answers..
