Not to side-step the limitations of the bubble-balancer, whether it's Chinese H-F or a good Weaver or Bear, or similar,  we're talking used bias-plys on a 1950's truck - how fast is it going to be travelling, where super-duper scientific balancing is critical ?

My guess is  Fargo is not going to be seeing sustained speeds over 50 MPH...

Well with a 3.23 rear end, 60 mph is no problem , but 55 mph is the norm around here. With these tall tires, can cruise at 60 mph at about 2300 rpm too....

You may be able to help the balance out by breaking the tire down, and turning it a half revolution on  the rim.  If that doesn't bring them in closer, you're right.  They're just rollers and may be why they were "bargain" priced.

They were from someone I know very well, and will not cost me a dime, going to try and sell them to someone up here who collects WW tires of all sorts

Silly me.

I assumed your truck had the usually 4.11 ( or lower ) stump puller rear.
