frankieflathead Posted July 8, 2013 Report Posted July 8, 2013 How much is mohair now-a-days, anyway? Not so much if ya shave the goats yourself. Quote
frankieflathead Posted July 8, 2013 Report Posted July 8, 2013 It must be those four custom made pillows on the back seat that say "1947 Plymouth" on 'em that drive the price up so high. Quote
frankieflathead Posted July 8, 2013 Report Posted July 8, 2013 Sellers feedback tells all Ooo! That is low, Don. Guy must be a real piece of work. Quote
Andydodge Posted July 8, 2013 Author Report Posted July 8, 2013 As Don said, "the sellers feedback say it all".........lol..........but what I can't work out is the presentation.......dusty fingermarks on the air cleaner, untidy wiring in the engine bay, dirty/untidy floor mat...............none of which assist in selling a grocery getter for a limo price.........very odd.........its a nice looking car, but 85k?..........maybe 1/3rd of that......andyd Quote
harrybuffalo Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013 Come on we all know it is MICHAEL WARSHAW.....JUST A NEW EBAY NAME Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013 Taking the "shotgun" approach so it will come up under numerous search headings. It is nice, but truly difficult to get that kind of money out of a Plymouth, sad to say. One post had a picture of a red convertible..........where does that fit in this conversation?.......is it for sale too? Quote
larryconnors Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013 This car was supposedly sold for $20,100 in a no reserve Ebay auction at the end of June. Why is it for sale again? Quote
Don Coatney Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013 This car was supposedly sold for $20,100 in a no reserve Ebay auction at the end of June. Why is it for sale again? That is a very good question. Someone I am sure has the answer but not me. Quote

That is a very good question. Someone I am sure has the answer but not me. Does this possibly explain his new ebay handle? Perhaps he didn't live up to his end of the sale because he didn't want it to go that cheaply. Quote
