Probably not. I don't think they are even made for Fords. People just cut the tops out of more modern cars and then weld them in place.

 

If you let people know where you live,sombody near you might have a top section they will donate to you.

Some cross pieces and some undercoating will take care of most of that.  Why not make it a sunroof, you blokes do get a couple sunny days in the summer, don't you??
