Mike Aubin Posted May 1, 2013 Report Posted May 1, 2013 (edited) Hi Guys, I some how misplaced the rear brake shoe anchor bolts for my 48 B1B. I tried to order new ones from Bernbaums but they're all out. Can anybody tell me where else I can get them. Thanks. Edited with a picture of the bolt that I'm talking about. Mike Aubin Posted May 16, 2013 Author Report Posted May 16, 2013 Thanks to Paul Flaming I have one of these bolts on it's way. Unfortunately I need at least 2 more. Anybody doing a swap to a newer rear end and willing to part with these bolts? Quote
TodFitch Posted May 16, 2013 Report Posted May 16, 2013 Don't have a parts book for the truck side, but on the car side for my era there are three different lengths of bolts used on the car (one for the rear and two different ones for the front). Might want to let people know how long the bolts are that you need. . . Quote
Merle Coggins Posted May 16, 2013 Report Posted May 16, 2013 I may still have a couple of rear brake assemblies laying around. I'll try to remember to look tonight. Merle Quote
Mike Aubin Posted May 21, 2013 Author Report Posted May 21, 2013 Hi Merle, I really appreciate you taking a look. Quote
Merle Coggins Posted May 21, 2013 Report Posted May 21, 2013 Sorry I couldn't help you. Of the two rear brake assemblies I had laying around there was only 1 anchor pin left, and it wasn't worth saving. Quote
