That's what I was looking at. Electric fans were going to be a must in the swap to begin with. The really big issue I'm concerned/interested in is the oilpan to I-beam clearance... that looks like it could get pretty close.

Raise the motor mounts on the frame rail or add one leaf to each spring pack. The high hood on our trucks gives you lots of fudge room, I've seen one out west running a blown 340 and everything fit under the stock hood.

It's pretty easy to get 4-5" of extra clearance in front by using a different radiator. I moved mine forward 4"

I used eastwood radiator paint when I was done so the alum radiator doesnt stand out so much.

while not a truck the same mechanics apply overall with the use of all things Dakota in my 48 bz cp..except I did elect to subframe the coupe by using 67 inches of the Dakota frame..even at that I made new mounts to set the engine/tranny rearward some 7 inches; forward mounted radiator still a necessity but I get to keep stock mechanical fan. original Dakota aux. electrical fan..my powerplant is the 3.7 dual cam 210 HP SMPFI v6 with a close ratio 5 speed..it continues to be a fun project..IF you consider the Jeep set up..a big plus may even be to incorporate the Jeep firewall into your build..goes a long way for things that are recessed/bulge for fit..with a slight offset of center I was able to retain the Dakota heater/AC unit..so far I have used all but the wiper motor and original radiator from the Dakota....
