I have a complete 89 TBird 5.0 SS parked. How much of the drive train will transfer into a 68/69 Ford Mustang chasis/body? I'm looking for a project in January.

I'm finishing up on a '52 Dodge 1/2 T pilot house.

PM's are welcome.

You have the helm on what you do to the car. I have a 65 coupe that I have concidered installing a late modle v6 into. shouldn't be to hard of a project as long as you can weld the supports that you will need for the engine and trans mounts, and the rear may fit also? Have fun with the project, let us know how it comes out.

Everything will fit including the fuel injection, and pretty much it is all bolt in. you can get a stand alone wire harness to fit up to the mustang for around 300 bucks. All it requires is 3 wires to connect to the mustang. I have done 4 5.0 swaps in the last year and they have been one of the easiest i have done.

PS; if you decide to do it let me know and i will get you a list of suppliers to make it easy for you.
