Plymouthy Adams Posted October 14, 2012 Report Posted October 14, 2012 I did not look that close but it is there...it appears to be quite small in it forward lip and a bit more rearward mounted over the roof compared to the older style, thus the blending in...hard to tell but it does look like a support is center top mounted...but how is it affixed to the body if indeed this is a mount..I have had a few of the style that mounts to the gutter rail but always had a center support..I still question its function on the highway at speed..I have seen many times the flex of the visors..another question that immediately comes to mind is if this car a real crusier or a trailer queen dressed to the 9's and is on display only. Luck to you in your search..they are a "period" accessory for certain and thus really defines your car to that era.. Quote

Had bought one that was listed as Ply Dodge and Chry. what a dope , turned out it was 55" end to end and for only Chry and desoto. Hope another one comes up now that i am a little better schooled ??
