Hollander's Manual (ot)

Anyone have a Hollander's manual that covers 1948?

The kid that I have the '48 Pontiac to needs a gas tank, at this point he has been unable to find one.

I was wondering if someone could look up and see if Chevrolet gas tanks from the '48's would interchange since they are easier to come by.

Looks like you're out of luck on the Chevrolet gas tank..Buick should fit,although may be as difficult to find as the Pontiac

Have you posted on the AACA website? They have a nice general message board and a Pontiac sub-group as well. Might be worth a shot.

Looked it up (1948 Pontiac) Hollander #124. Interchange 1941-48 Pontiac except station wagon. Looks like Pontiac 1941-8 only, no other cars interchange so says the Hollander book.
