falconvan
OK, I had a new fuel pump diaphram in a box so I thought I'd change it. How do you get this thing connected to the arm to put it back together????
Niel Hoback
The end of the rod is hook-shaped. Stick it up through the seal and hook it into the hole in the arm. You can do it by feel, you know the hole in the arm is 90degrees from the arm so turn the shaft to hook into it. It ain't rocket science. Young Ed
You have to push it compressed and then hook the arm in there. I used a needle nose pliers.
falconvan
Got it! Not as easy as is sounds, I was getting frustrated. Had to call in a rocket scientist.
