The 108 is probably the wheel base. We would need more numbers and photos to narrow down the year.

here are the numbers on the compliance plate, 108BS 4764 ;; thats it , it has no registration papers as i bought it as a wreck, from the forum under land of oz i found the 108B is the model and the S is a desoto , there is a small aluminium plaque with BALM253-16383 and another small plate with 5217-2680 but has no motor (is just a rolling chassis with body )

Welcome to the forum Titan. There are a few of us from the east coast of Oz on here. Where are you from?

Post a couple of pics of your truck and that will assist in determining the year model. Our model years here differ a little from the overseas ones.

Glenn, judging by the nosecone your truck appears to be around 54-55 for our models. It should have two wide recessed grille bars fitted. I will have my computer up and running again tomorrow. I'll PM you with my email address.
