Sure, I don't need any of them. Pick one out. The only one in any of these pictures I am planning on hanging on to is the one that has the keyed lock, as I have not ran across another one of those. Joel

I think that the key-lock hubcap was used to secure the side-mount spare so people wouldn't steal it.

I've got a factory photo of a '41 Plymouth and the rings are painted. Now I'm confused.

I've got a 1942 which doesn't look like it's had much restoration and the rings are painted. The judging guide from POC says they should not be painted though. See pg. 17 of attached guide.
