Has anyone had any experience with the newly molded/vucanised 1930's to 1940/41 Plymouth rubber running boards?. These are listed on ebay every so often for approx $650......they look nice.....I need a pair for my 1940 Oz Dodge(US Plymouth) and would like to hear of any experiences using them?............thanks, andyd

I purchased a set of new running boards from N/C Industries that look good. I suspect that they did not actually manufacture them. I have the impression that the better reproductions are manufactured by Buckeye Rubber which advertises in every issue of the Plymouth Bulletin.

Todd & Rock, thanks for the replies. My problem is that these are too large to be shipped via the post office to Australia so I will have to get them sent to a depot in LA, which once I have the money...lol......is no big deal........lol.........tho' it might be a little while yet......Rock, had not heard of that company you mentioned, I checked out the link and yep they do list 1940 Plymouth.............I'll give them a call, only problem with this company is that I have to ship my old boards to them...........which makes it not really feasible, but I am curious as to what they charge..........thanks, guys........andyd
