HughForrest Posted July 3, 2011 Report Posted July 3, 2011 I was at the Pick n Pull yard at Moss landing yesterday and saw a '54 New Yorker there. Unusual for them to have anything that old. The interior and rear fenders were gone, but much of the trim and the (I'm guessing) hard-to-find curved rear glass were still there as well as some pretty good front fenders and a lot of other stuff. Just an FYI for the bay area guys. Quote

captden29 Posted July 4, 2011 Report Posted July 4, 2011 i wish it was near me. i need some parts that ebay sellers want small fortunes for. maybe i am living in the past but $200 for a speedo and cable that the seller doesn't even know if they work or not seems too much to me. i would think a pic n pull would be alot more reasonable, but alas they usually don't have the old stuff. i am just venting as i will not pay ridiculous prices because people think they are the only game in town. capt den Quote
