Al B. Bach Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 Here's this weeks car show pics. This was the best car show yet! It was at the Old Cowtown Museum in Wichita Ks. I'm not sure how many cars they got but I would estimate around 300 or more, all squeezed into a western town! Alot of fun and certainly one we will attend again. Found some more girls from a local burlesque troop to pose with the old girl, the highlight of the show! Unfortunately something went wrong with my camera and I was not able to take as many photos as usual. My brother took a lot of photos with his phone. When he gets them downloaded, I will post them as well. As usual, here's the link to my photo's on Photobucket. http://s47.photobucket.com/albums/f168/n001pa/2011%20ARC%20Car%20Show%20at%20Old%20Cowtown/ Cory is working on creating a blog right now. In the future, I will post the photos there so they look a bit better. Oh, and we finally decided on a name for the old girl, Grace. What do you think? Quote
Al B. Bach Posted May 23, 2011 Author Report Posted May 23, 2011 Not a lot of MOPARS again but there were a few nice ones. Mostly muscle cars though. Quote
greg g Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 who are the others, faith hope and charity riding along in grace?? Quote
Al B. Bach Posted May 23, 2011 Author Report Posted May 23, 2011 Good one Gregg! They sure are cuties aren't they? I wonder which one's Charity though because I would probably have the best chance with her! Quote
1940plymouth Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 Thanks for posting the photos, the girls look darn good also:) Quote

captden29 Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 a 53 windsor with the ladies? if so, what are the hubcaps off of? hard to look at anything but the ladies, but i finally did look at the car. dennis Quote
Al B. Bach Posted May 24, 2011 Author Report Posted May 24, 2011 She's a big car but she does have a tendency to become invisible with the lovely ladies in the picture! The caps are from a 1961 Buick Invicta with some custom detailing. I have the original caps for the car but they are some of the most boring caps made IMO. Quote
Charlie Olson Posted May 24, 2011 Report Posted May 24, 2011 ""Oh, and we finally decided on a name for the old girl, Grace. What do you think?"" Well, I have Amazing Grace on my every day car rear license plate frame and I sort of like the name, Gracie, in memory of the wonderful humor of Gracie Allen, from my childhood days. Quote
