I was forced to park my 53 semi 2 years ago because 3 traffic tickets in few monthes time upset Gulfway insurers. I now have grown and have a clean slate. I am getting my semi out very soon. I went to the shed and put a batterie in her and it started right up. Must blead the brakes first and I am ready to go.

As far as my b1b restore, "well" it is no further then 3 years ago. Frame and wheels are done but waiting for body man. I hope to see a lot of you this year. Iola is having Dodge & Desoto as there feature vehichle.

I am glad to be back, thanks for the comments. I will get pictures of my trucks and post as soon as I can get my daughters help (The whole posting process I am not to sure of). I sold my 49 camper to Nueskes meats and he uses it for advertising just as I did. I go visit it once in a while and talk to the people looking at it. I bought a few more parts trucks since I last was here. I tell my wife I buy them for her. Not sure if she really beleive it.

Todd, Don't know what your tickets were for, but if it was for speeding you can come join Tim and me at Bonneville this September. How does 150MPH in a pilot-house truck sound?

I hope you strap the hoods down. Whats in there for a motor. I would bet the original 218 is not capable.
