claybill Posted March 27, 2007 Report Posted March 27, 2007 got a bunch of them...address, and ill send you a decent used one..new ones are $2+ from birnbaum claybill Quote
Norm's Coupe Posted March 27, 2007 Report Posted March 27, 2007 I think I have a bag of used headbolts too. However, you can buy new headbolts just like ours from the auto parts store. Just ask for headbolts that fit a Chevy 350 engine. There are long an short ones for the 350, so take one of your other ones with you to match up the size. I know claybill made a kindly offer to send you one, but this way you can have it today without waiting for the mail. Quote
jimwheeldon Posted March 27, 2007 Author Report Posted March 27, 2007 I've owned many vehicles....two and four wheeled , but I've never been around a group so helpful-Thanks again-Jim:) Quote

greg g Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 Also, pictured here are a grade 8 bolt from the hardware store, the stock head bolt, and a Pioneer Auto parts head bolt for a 350 chevy. The Pioneers were sourced from a local automotive machine shop should be available from any auto parts jobber. I believe they were 79 cents each 2 years ago. Sorry the pic doesn't show the part number, I have the box in the garage if you ae inteested, I will grab the number for you. Quote
