Dan Babb Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Amazing how small those 360's are compared to what I'm trying to stuff in my truck. Quote
aero3113 Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 I like the chop, enough to change the look but not too much off. Quote
48Dodger Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Amazing how small those 360's are compared to what I'm trying to stuff in my truck. They 360 and old syle hemi's are the same height and length....the hemi is 4 inches wider and about 200 lbs heavier. I think what gives it a larger look is the valve covers. 48D Quote
51 Fargo Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 yup the 360 sits nice in there here is mine .... with a little fire wall mod Quote

The Hemi valve set up makes the heads a bunch wider (and heavier!). But the LA small blocks (273/318/360) were based on the "A" small blocks (318 poly), which were based off the hemi blocks. Quote
