Hey;

Does anyone have any ballpark empty weights for our trucks? Curious about all , but specifically my B1F128. Might need to trailer it and was wondering how big a trailer I will need.

Thanks!

there's no way a b1f weighs only 3200 lbs. my b1fa152 weighs over 4.5 tons. with just a chassis, i'd expect the b1f to weigh over 6000 lbs.

I just got a '48 B1 FA 152 with a 10 foot dump on it a couple of days ago. I went across the scales @ the local dump and got a tare weight of 7,800 lbs.

don't suppose it's green, with a gravel body dump?

not only seen it, i've worked on it. ;) friend up the road had it for a short time, sold it about 5 months ago. has the saddle tank instead of the tank between the framerails. the original fuel filler isn't attached to anything.

it had a plywood headboard that we junked, since it looked terrible.

it's a nice rig, and the two-speed works. the tires are pretty good, too.

Looking at a 1948 B1F. 152 wheelbase. It's in pretty rough shape but a good project. Anyways its 2hrs away from me and curious as to what it might weigh. It doesnt have a bed. No fuel tank. Hood. Etc. Basically it is a cab, engine, and chassis. Any ideas?received_287456262144769.jpeg.e70bc999001d8af37de46a4cafa3d5d7.jpeg
