1940plymouth Posted August 8, 2010 Report Posted August 8, 2010 I left the house just after 7am, gassed up the old Plymouth, then went for a ride, here are four photos that I took, just a nice morning to be out enjoying the old Plymouth. Hope everyone is having as good a day as I am, Bob Quote
1947PLEVY Posted August 8, 2010 Report Posted August 8, 2010 Bob: Where's Cooper? Still at home piled up? My little feller loves to go riding with me, but not when momma is riding...Go figure.. John Quote
greg g Posted August 8, 2010 Report Posted August 8, 2010 Just out in the garage, going to check the oil, hood release cable didn't do its job. After some breakfast, I need to get out my specially bent and ground down screwdriver and get the hood popped. I think retaining collar slipped because I can still hear it moving the catch. Just not enough to pop it. Was going to head out to an antique tractor pull but Gotta get under the hood first. Quote
1940plymouth Posted August 8, 2010 Author Report Posted August 8, 2010 John, Did take Cooper this time as I went over to visit with my Father, my sister and her husband have three dogs over there, gets a little exciting at times, so I leave him to home. I did take him for a ride once I got home, so he is a Happy Camper right now Quote

P-12 Tommy Posted August 8, 2010 Report Posted August 8, 2010 Hmmmm... Cooper tires and a dog named Cooper. Coincidental? LoL Tom Quote
1940plymouth Posted August 8, 2010 Author Report Posted August 8, 2010 Tommy, The day we picked Cooper up, he was just two months old, once we got home, I mentioned to my wife that we ought to take the puppy down to show our son at the shop he works at, so we fired up the Plymouth, drove down to the shop to show Shane, the owner asked if we had named him yet, as he asked this, I was holding the puppy and standing in front of a large Cooper Tire Sign that was in the shop, I said yes, His name is Cooper, so yes, the little bugger is named after Cooper tire. The photo I attached is from the day we got Cooper Quote
