Saw this Truck last weekend and just had to talk to the owner and snap some pics to share. He said it was a 51 but he liked the looks of the 53 rear fenders better. He sure did a nice job on it I think.

Dutch;)

Very nice ! Glad to see there's a MoPar V8 under the hood of the 51. Nice looking town panel too.

Hey,that my truck! Thanks for posting the pics. It was nice talking with you and seeing the pics of your trucks. Truck has been done now for about 4 yrs now and it won best of show truck in the Mopar Nationals in Ohio 2 yrs. ago. I guess it also helps to be the only one out there. Where are all you guys hiding? I'm from NJ and I never see any other Pilot-houses around. Would be nice to get a bunch of trucks together and see each others vision of what they want their truck to be. It' funny, I cant tell you how many people tell me they never thought these trucks could look good.

I like your balanced dash especially how you worked out the speedo and four gauge set up.

The wood treatment of the box is a nice, new, look which retains the original but adds a nice sophisticated look. Nicely thought out.:)
