Sure can't see much wrong with that car.

Does it have an engine & trans?

What's the "rest of the story" - inquiring MO minds want to know.

Is it a Six ? Looks like a Windsor front nose.

Wow! What a find! Are you planning on fixing it up? If so, I put some of the wiring documents in the photo section. Let me know if you need anything, I have a few other documents scanned for that year. Looks like you have a fun project this summer! Enjoy! If you happen to be parting it out, there's a few items on my wish list...:D

Congratulations! Looks like you saved a winner. Car looks decent enough to be saved rather than parted out. Lots of great parts if you decide to go that route though or you could likely flip it and make some money also. Surprising it was in the boneyard waiting to be crushed.

Good deal:). I had a '49 Chrysler Windsor coupe and it was a great car. Other than missing taillight lenses, yours looks complete in the photo. These are nice driving cars.

There are several ahead of it, but it's a 6 cylinder fluid drive, was running not so long ago. Missing the stainless on the rockers, and the pot metal trim going around the right front fender. Otherwise, all there. Except the taillight lenses, of course.

I'm beginning to have too many projects. Didn't think that could happen, but, oh well. It should run with a little effort. Brakes will have to be redone, but a little tinkering with the motor should get her up and going.
