What about a 1947 Chrysler Royal Club Coupe?

In 1946 the Royal Club Coupe weighed 3443 lbs and was 30 lbs heavier in 1948. Total production for this Royal 6 cyl. Club Coupe model for the 3 year run was 4,318. All this Info out of "70 Years of Chrysler".

Ya know these cars are much lighter than I had thought. I'm thinkin' my 46 Plym buisiness coupe only weighs 3085 lbs if I remeber correctly. That's lighter than an s-10.

In 1946 the Windsor Club Coupe weighed 3448 lbs and was 15 lbs heavier in 1948. Total production for this 6 cyl. model for the 3 year run was 26.482. All this Info out of "70 Years of Chrysler".

Mine may be a bit lighter without the fluid drive and M5 trans, maybe a 100 lbs.......Thanx BTW Fred
