I built my own from scratch using what was left of my original harnesses and the wire diagram from my service manual. It wasn't very difficult, for me anyway.

There's some good info from Allen Parkhurst and Dave Erb (greybeard) posted on the DEPTCA site regarding making your own harness.

I used Greybeards information worked out nice. Didn't cost much and I am total novice. I still have a few issues but I getting there. Just be sure to label, label, label. It all looks different off the table. It's really quite enjoyable.

Good luck

Ditto-did my own. It'll help you get to know your truck. If you deviate from the factory color coding make sure you make note of the colors used. Down the road that may be very helpful! Mike

I used Rhode Island Wiring to make one for my '51 BC3. Not cheap but they did a great job. Accurate copy and I've never been sorry I did it. I think you can get individual sub-harness' as well.

That'll probably be an upcoming winter project for me. All my wire is that old stuff, just waiting to short against something.

Does a loom diagram exists where you can just place the diagram on a piece of plywood, pound some nails in it where you need branches or bends and start wiring?

I was debating to create something like that but if it exists already, it would make that job a lot easier. If so, I can possibly also get a jump on it.
