carb swap

has anybody used a diff kind of carb other than stock for a 50 dodge wayfarer or similar.just cant seem to get mine right .will newer one barrel carbs fit?

yea i just cant get the acc.pump working right

Acc pumps either pretty much work or they don't. What's not working?

Plugged, leather bellows shot, check balls not there, or linkage improperly adjusted???

I drove nearly a full season with bad acc pumps, car was still driveable.

Try soaking the leather accelerator pump in oil overnight. Then install it and see what happens.
