Here's a picture of a '42 sedan. I never have much cared for the grill treatment and they have matching strips on the rear fender. Being a '42 there were not many made so you friend is going to have fun finding parts. It will be a quite unique vehicle when finished.

Its probably just the angle of the pic but the headlights don't look like they are in the same spot on each side. Not a bad looking car but I'd rather have a 42 desoto.

I personally like the grill better on the '41 Chrysler. This one is a convertible as well.

I would love a '41 Chrylser big butt coupe as shown in the second and third pictures.

Had some, sold them over $4K for the set-- good luck! they are HARD to get, makes a p15 dash clock look like an everyday purchase- might want to check Deception Pass Auto Parts==
