Is there a link to follow on how to apply your own woodgrain?

Woodenhead, Wooden fingers, Wood still like to Learn!

I have seen some really good Woodgraining on the interior, but I wood like to apply it on the outer panels with a clearcoat. I know the old saying to each their own, so here's what I would like to do.

Apply it to the doors and trunk so it wood look like a town and country[Don't cringe Rockwood]can always scuff it and reshoot if the results are too cheesy. Let me hear from the splinter groups.
