  1. Block sanding sucks. Spray it on, rub it off, repeat.
  2. Pictures with the hood sitting on and the tailgate in primer.
  3. I would like to have that!
  4. Its been going really slow around here lately. Wiring, curing the power steering noise and installing the cruise control. I have installed headlights from the new Jeep Wrangler for a different look. I have done some work to the console too.
  5. Nothing really new here. Been working on wiring and a cruise control. The cruise was suppose to be plug an play. I am waiting for a new module and harness because the first one didn't work. Had issues with the power stering whining. Changed out the remote tank with a one with a larger return line. It seems to have fixed the problem. AC lines are all run. Getting closer to blocking the whole car and start painting.
  6. Can anybody tell me how many interior lights were in this car. Maybe pictures of what I am looking for? I am wiring the car and need to put power in the proper places. Thanks, Don
  7. Thanks! Nothing new to report. Been busy fixing daily drivers. Seems everybody is broken down right now. Ford Ranger spring perch problems. Silverado starters. Cadillac northstar harmonic balancers. Got to get back to hot rods.
  8. Try it now. My first try at this video thing!
  9. It runs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. The wife and I looked at a lot of different colors at the Nationals this weekend. That causes a great deal of confusion. A lot of people like the yellow. I am still up in the air.
  11. My daughter is all healed up and has completed therapy. She has limited strength in her forearm but she still has it and her great personality. She is a trooper. Thanks for asking. I just got in from the Street Rod Nationals in Louisville. I expect the computer today. The wiring is a new unit from Hot Wire Auto in Mena Ar. Supposed to be a low to no maintenance set up. We will see. I do get a lot done in my shop. It is 26x36 with two stalls. I keep thinking about removing the wall in the center but I am also fixing daily drivers on one side so in the winter I only loose heat in that side when I take them in and out.
  12. I am using the stock suspension with Fatman dropped uprights and Aerostar coil springs with one coil removed. The sway bar is from a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also used Fatmans Cavalier steering rack mount kit. The steering column is a GM truck unit that I shortened to fit.
  13. I'm so sorry. My condolences to your family.
  14. I am glad you are enjoying my build thread. Everbody on here will see my car when its done. I have been busy this week getting my 1947 Dodge COE ready for the Street Rod Nationals in Louisville. We are headed out Tuesday morning for the event. I should return home to the ECM for the hemi. They have sent it out to get the security cleared so it will run. Seems it wasn't done initally.
  15. Wolfy I don't consider myself a pro Just a guy with wild ideas James Everybody likes the yellow so the color my change again!

  17. Not running. They didn't get the anti-theft out of the computer. I had to send it back.
  18. Finally out in the light of day It still doesn't run tho. Seems they didn't remove the security from the computer and it wasn't checked We are exchanging words
  19. This is just Marhyde primer. Still a lot of block sanding to go.
  20. Haven't cleaned the filler out yet!
  21. How bout this? All one color
  22. The other question I need an answer to is what diameter is the original tube where it goes thru the fender. I can get a end I just need to get the right size to fit a new original grommet. Thanks, Don
  23. I already threw that piece of junk out.
  24. The one I have is not even a Plymouth part. I suspected that from the beginning. There is a flange at the top of it that is the same size as the hole in the fender sith three screw holes in it. I will build what I need.
