I sure did Tommy. BTW the road our Hotel was in, seems to go directly between Kissimmee and your hometown (US 192). We drove around a lot during the time, 1000 miles to be exact.

Soooo glad to hear the news Joe, it's always a thrill to hear a newborn engine get alive. Check the jet, with full bowl it should run more than couple of seconds, so most likely the lack of gas is internal carb issue now

The smaller bracket in picture, with three holes belongs to handbrake. That part goes directly over the cable covers end under the car. The loop holds a thimble which creates umbrella type seal between cable cover/cable. Really nice job btw.!

Thanks a lot for the compliments Randy. Here the public doesn't think Winter games 2010were a success, but dissapointment, go figure. We tend to set the bar high, and people counted ski jumpers and downhill skiers to bring some home also, which they didn't deliver.

Team Finland won the bronze, tight game it was. I'm glad I woke up early and saw it online. Now it's only the finals left, interesting to see who wins. I think it'll be USA, after 30 years it's about the time.

Team Finland is playing bronze game tomorrow morning at 05.00 am with Slovakia. Should I wake or should I sleep, that's the question. And grande finale USA-CAN at evening finalises the whole Olympic Circus.

I'm under believe that the consensus is, starter stands the 12V without a doubt. So what I would do in your situation, use the 12V directly to starter solenoid. That way you avoid risking the whole harness?
