Bob, DCM shows a hard brake line kit for the '48-'53 trucks. You might want to call them and see if they're working on a kit for the earlier trucks.

All profits will go to Tim to help cover the cost of the BBQ. '48-'53 trucks gauge cluster service (sorry pre '48 owners I don't have the equipment to adjust fuel gauges). Your gauge cluster will be disassembled, cleaned, repainted, adjusted and refaced. A new bulb and tube for the temperature gauge is included in the service if needed. The chrome and glass will be cleaned with super fine (0000) steel wool. Start the bidding at $100?

Should only be one wire. From sending unit to the gauge. Some folks add an extra wire from the body of the sending unit to the frame for a better ground.
