  1. my 47 has park and turns in the fendersthe stop light is in the center of the trunk I assumed this was original
  2. I ran pipes and mufflers both on the right side then crossed behind tanked to the left work good
  3. I have two damaged ones for a p15 dont know if they are the same they measure six ft. the ones I used were bent badly I staightend them and they look real good
  4. It is a strange fitting with a ferrule I used a fitting that goes into a master cyl with the brass sealing ring

  6. A good place to get help maybe a trade school that has a hydraulic class this would be just what there looking for and would be inexpensive

Ive been around it alot I had excavators and backhoes in my business.Go to northern tool.com they have every thing you would need Haldex electric,hydraulic units cly. and valves Use the GPM times the cyl size to get the speed dont know how much weight your lifting but I would think even a smaller cyl would do it they have different rod lengths

  12. A good habit is to put the brake on hard enough that the car wont move under power
  13. This was mentioned already but is very important I have been six years and am almost done. Save every thing no matter how bad it looks,you will dig it out ,patch it or polish it or use it for a pattern

  15. The hand held bleeders are 40.00 at both NAPA and Orielys. I use my air tank suction to change oil in my IO as well as the brakes. It took a quart and a half of fluid which would be a lot of hand pumping.
  16. I have decided the reason the brakes are hard to bleed is because of one front wheel cyl, being at the bottom and it is hard to push the air down. I made a suction bleeder, got a small air tank of a truck, hooked it to the suctionside of a small air compressor used quarter inch clear tubing to the bleeders. Keep the lid of the master cly and suck it thru

  20. fastened mine in with a big glob of silicone you can put it where ever you want it
  21. Any one besides me ever shift the gears in a KB6 it is somthing you will not forget
  22. If you do a lot of this you can have a machine shop make a guide template to drill thru, would cost very little
  23. Thanks for the good ideas. I wanted to put my carpet under the threshold rubbers the threshold rubbers I am going to fasten down with push in, black plastic, fastners that are not to easy to remove.
  24. What is a good way to go thru the carpet to get to the master cyl filler plug?
  25. As I said earlier, I covered mine with fiberglass cloth and resin ,then bed liner stuff it worked quite well. I should have done more prep work smoothing the old rubber, maybe a board with 80 grit
