went for short run last nite and truck quite running, did a couple of hiccups then a complete stop. At first I thought I had run out of gas as I was low, but after my son arrived the gas can I realized I had bigger problems, turned out the pivot pin in the fuel pump had worked its way out. After removing it on the side of the road and putting it back all I can say is I am so glad I never lowered it. That plus the fact the fuel pump is on the passenger side cause I always get worried that someone is going to drive over my feet.

That seems to be a fairly common problem with the fuel pumps purchases lately. Several have had the experience ont he car side. Looks like you gotta check how effectively the pin has been straked at the factory or the remanufacturer.
