Olddaddy Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 This is the time of year when we all tend to slow down and reflect on what has passed, and is to come. In my family we have a solid tradition of reflection as the year wanes. One of the things I am always reminded of is the kindness shown to me by guys I've never even met. At one time or another someone on this board has sent me information, parts, advice, or help in some form without even an expectation of return from me. Twice in the past week I've received packages with needed parts that came with no invoice, and only the knowledge that I needed them. It's another example of how good the people are who share our common interest in the "low end", but "high value" line of the Chrysler brand, our Plymouths. Thanks to Norm Carter, and to Terry Bogusz, and all the rest of you for your ongoing interest and support. I will join you and pass along your considerate assistance to other guys like me who need help on occasion. I'm proud to know you and someday hope to meet you. Happy Christmas, all the best in the New Year. Quote

Young Ed Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Charlie You said it quite well. I have received help from many people on this site. And you helped me out quite a bit when I was first starting. When I got my truck I needed a windshield frame and a gastank both of which I bought through your rustyhope message board. That also led me to the yahoo 39-47 truck group which has been a great resourse for me too. So thanks Charlie and thanks everyone else! Quote
